As of 1 July 2004, SMVI served only one individual under CSLA funding.  CSLA serves the individual in the community providing whatever services are approved by the funding agency.  CSLA Services are instantly adaptable to the changing needs of the individual.  Since CSLA Services are provided by existing SMVI ISS staff. The hiring and training requirements are the same as our ISS workers.
